Chandler Mori Hamada has welcomed the return of Siregran Sakuliampaiboon as a partner in its Corporate and M&A practice, effective May 5, 2026. Her appointment reflects the firm’s continuing commitment to the development of its people, and the strengthening of its corporate and cross-border M&A capabilities. Sakuliampaiboon returns with extensive experience in complex corporate and M&A transactions gained at leading Thai and international law firms. She is recognised for her expertise in cross-border investments, corporate structuring and foreign investment, and has advised clients across a range of sectors, including food and beverage, education, energy, healthcare, manufacturing, and media and entertainment. Admitted to practise in Thailand, Sakuliampaiboon holds master’s degrees from the University of Cambridge and the London School of Economics and Political Science.
