Ashurst has expanded its corporate transaction practice with the addition of Yan Yuan as a partner in Shanghai. Yan joins from Clifford Chance, having worked in its New York and China offices since 2007. He advises private equity and corporate clients on complex cross-border M&A transactions, including minority / growth capital investments, joint ventures and control acquisitions across a wide range of industries, with a geographic focus on China, Southeast Asia, Europe, and North and South Americas. Yan is qualified in New York.
