With over eight years of experience in banking and finance, Shahani is qualified to practice law in both India and the State of New York. She has previously worked with the Singapore office of Linklaters and top tier Indian law firms. Shahani has advised leading domestic and international banks, NBFCs, multilateral institutions and private equity sponsors on a wide range of cross-border and structured financing transactions. She holds an LLM from New York University School of Law, and graduated from National Law University, Jodhpur with a gold medal for securing the highest CGPA in BA (Hons), LLB (Hons) course.
