| Gadens has appointed Siobhan Mulcahy as a partner in its workplace health and safety team in Melbourne. She joins from People + Culture Strategies, where she was the Melbourne practice head. Acting for mid to large listed private enterprise and public sector employers, Mulcahy is an accomplished practitioner. She has extensive expertise in major project strategy and coordination, complex restructures, enterprise bargaining and industrial disputation, large-scale workplace investigations and disciplinary processes, as well as day to day workplace relations advice. Her experience spans a wide range of sectors, including construction, franchise, retail, health, maintenance, tertiary education, finance, insurance, labour hire and manufacturing.
Watson Farley & Williams has added Samuel Kolehmainen as a new partner in its Singapore aviation finance team. He joins from the Singapore office of Clifford Chance, where he was a senior associate. Before that, he spent two years as in-house counsel with an aircraft operating lessor in Ireland. Kolehmainen regularly advises lessors, lenders and borrowers on aircraft finance transactions. |
