| DLA Piper has appointed senior China corporate law specialist, Ming Zu, to play a pivotal role in the organisation’s growing foreign direct investment practice. Zu was recently the lead legal adviser on the first ever money brokering Sino-foreign joint venture in the PRC. Zu, who will be based in Shanghai, has extensive experience acting for multinational clients on the establishment and operation of their foreign investment enterprises and other investment vehicles in China. |
