Moreover, she regularly advises on the protection of global investments under international treaties and conflict of laws issues.

Chakrabarti regularly writes and speaks on panels in New York, Singapore and India on salient topics, such as the interplay of insolvency and arbitration. She is a Co-Convenor of ROAP Americas, a member of the New York International Arbitration Center, and a former judicial clerk of the Supreme Court of India. She earned her LLM from Harvard Law School (Dean’s Scholar Prize for Investment Treaty Law and Arbitration), and her BA LLB (Hons) from The West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences.

“This move represents an exciting opportunity to deepen my engagement with clients and colleagues across Asia and other key jurisdictions,” said Chakrabarti. “I am honored to join my colleagues in Singapore, where I am eager to contribute to the firm’s dynamic practice in the region.”
