Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP has appointed Megan Tang, former counsel at Shearman & Sterling LLP, as partner. She will be based in the firm’s Hong Kong office and will focus on the firm’s China practice, including advising on capital markets transactions for investment banking and corporate clients of the firm in China and throughout Asia.

New York attorney Sean C Hayes has joined LOGOS Attorneys of Law after departing Ahnse Law Offices where he directed the International Corporate Group. He will direct the international practice team in Seoul and oversea LOGOS branch offices in Beijing, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Moscow, and Phnom Penh. Hayes will dedicate his practice to outbound and inbound corporate, M&A, and real estate issues.

Chief Justice Yun Young Chul has joined LOGOS Attorneys of Law as a senior partner. Chul formerly served as the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court and Justice of the Supreme Court and before his term worked as a senior partner for a Korean law firm. He will direct the litigation and arbitration practice group at the firm.
