| Eugene Chen joined the Shanghai office of Lovells to practice dispute resolution. Chen comes from Los Angeles-based Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges, where he handled large scale commercial disputes, intellectual property cases and class actions.
Shingo Hisata joined Ito & Mitomi, Morrison & Foerster’s registered associated office in Tokyo, as a partner in the business department. Hisata and this team focus on China and cross-border transactions, specifically in the areas of joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and licensing. Hisata’s addition to the team will expand Morrison & Foerster’s legal services capability in China, Tokyo and other Asian countries. |
