Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill (LHAG) has strengthened its Energy, Projects & Infrastructure practice with the appointment of three partners, Amin Abdul Majid, Khoo Yu Lin and Andreanna Ten Maven. The trio joins the firm from Zaid Ibrahim & Co, where Abdul Majid most recently served as Managing Partner, while Khoo and Ten were both partners. Abdul Majid brings more than 20 years of experience advising clients across the energy and infrastructure sectors, with particular expertise in electricity, renewable energy, oil and gas, decarbonisation initiatives, infrastructure projects, and law and policy reform. Khoo has extensive experience advising on major infrastructure, utilities and renewable energy projects, alongside corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
