Chambers C.B. Yang has more than 25 years of rich and professional service experiences in Corporate, Cross-border Investment, M&A and VC/PE, Real estate and Construction as well as TMT industry. Chambers has been successively identified by China Business Law Journal as one of China’s A-List 100 Lawyers, awarded many times as Lawyer Monthly’s  Award and Finance Monthly’s Award on TMT Lawyer of China and Award on M&A Lawyer of China as well as the other professional awards, listed as “Recommended Lawyer” by Asia Pacific Legal 500 and Asia Law Profiles for many years, has been continuously shortlisted in Australia China Alumni Awards. Chambers has deep understandings and rich experiences of the laws and regulations relating to technology, media and telecommunication industries. He has provided all-round legal services for many projects such as, the new transaction system development and integration, service outsourcing, equipment purchasing and computer room construction of Shanghai Futures Exchange and China Financial Futures Exchange, the establishment and operation of Wahaha Online shopping mall, etc. Provided overall legal support for U1baby, a subsidiary of KJT.com (002640.SZ), for its providing such services of e-store platform construction/operation/maintenance, e-commerce marketing and promotion, transnational e-commerce as well as supply chain to the flagship stores of many famous  brands. In addition, Chambers has also handled many domain name disputes and domain name acquisitions.

Chambers is very proficient in the legal services regarding real estate development, operation and construction project and has provided all-round legal services for and has handled relevant disputes of dozens of large residential and commercial real estate development projects as well as industrial plant construction. Chambers has also provided M&A legal services for more than twenty large real estate projects and uncompleted buildings, among which the Central Plaza transfer project was honored as one of the best-resolved cases by the Ministry of Justice of P.R.C.
