Admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bars (1997), Sukjin (SJ) Lim has previously worked at leading law firms in New York, Seoul and Hong Kong. With nearly 28 years of experience, he has advised extensively on inbound investment into Korea, outbound investment by Korean companies, cross-border M&A, joint venture projects between domestic and foreign companies, and other types of corporate transactions. He has worked with various companies from Korea to make investments, go through flip/stock-swap transactions and set up joint venture companies overseas.
