Yoon & Yang has added veteran antitrust lawyer Keum Seok Oh as Partner, and former Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) Commissioner Yeong Ho Shin as Senior Advisor. The two each bring over 30 years of experience in competition law and regulatory policy. Keum and Yeong will also serve as Co-Heads of the firm’s ‘Corporate Risk & Regulatory Response Center’, leading efforts to proactively identify corporate risks, and provide strategic guidance on regulatory compliance. Keum is a leading competition/antitrust expert with over three decades of experience in major litigation and advisory matters.
