Mr. Tung has nearly 20 years of legal practice. Prior to joining GV Lawyers, he worked at J&J Law Office and LuatViet Legal Consultants. His core expertise lies in corporate and investment law, with extensive experience in corporate structuring, M&A, banking, and real estate. Holding degrees in both Law and Finance & Banking, along with a Master of Laws, he effectively integrates legal and financial insights to serve clients’ needs.
Mr. Tung is a frequent speaker at legal seminars, contributor to leading publications, and has been a guest lecturer at the Judicial Academy and various universities since 2009.
