Kudun is the founding partner of Kudun and Partners. He is active in corporate and M&A including capital markets and securities. He has a wealth of experience providing business-oriented legal solutions to both Thai and international clients on a wide range of matters not limited to mergers & acquisitions (including acquisition and disposal of equity interest in publically-listed companies), IPOs, debt securities offerings and stock exchange listings, banking & finance, infrastructure funds and real estate law / REITs transactions. His depth of expertise extends across a variety of sectors in all stages of both domestic and cross-border matters.

He regularly assists international clients from a broad spectrum of industries seeking to invest in Thailand in choosing the right investment structure as well as advising on licensing and other regulatory matters.

Prior to establishing Kudun and Partners, Kudun was a partner at Weerawong, Chinnavat & Partners and a senior associate at White & Case (Thailand). He received his LL.B. from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand and his LL.M. from Columbia University School of Law in the United States. He continues to offer his knowledge through his lectures on partnership and company law, bankruptcy and insolvency law and investment law at several Thai universities.
