Satoshi has extensive experience in a broad range of practice and industry areas, including: corporate/mergers and acquisitions, compliance, litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR), private equity, venture capital and start-ups, banking and finance, and securities law. He is also recognized for his expertise in, insurance matters, pharmaceutical/medical sciences, and consumer law. He has practiced in Japan, Thailand and the US (with an internationally respected law firm in New York City), and is qualified in Japan and the US. Satoshi is consistently recognized as a Top Ranked lawyer by international commentators.

Satoshi holds an LL.B. degree from the University of Tokyo, and an LL.M. degree from Columbia University School of Law.
