With over 16 years of legal experience in Vietnam, he has major experience in property & construction, M&A, corporate & commercial, inward investment and dispute resolution. He has advised and acted as legal counsel in a number of major M&A and property development projects for major foreign investors and leading local companies. He has written extensively about foreign investment, business and property laws in a number of leading business publications and newspapers. He is also a local contributor for ‘Doing Business Project – Vietnam,’ a World Bank publication, since 2006 and is one of the contributors for the ‘Corporate Governance ROSC Assessment for Vietnam.’ Thuy has been recognized as a leading lawyer in Vietnam by ‘Asialaw Leading Lawyers’ (2014-2015 Edition) for his expertise in the area of property and construction as well as his experience handling labour and employment, litigation cases.
