Joe Liu is an independent arbitrator with significant experience in international dispute resolution spanning commercial, banking & finance, corporate, investment, energy and technology disputes. He has served in multiple senior roles including the Acting Secretary-General and the Deputy Secretary-General at the HKIAC, and acted as arbitrator, tribunal secretary and counsel in multiple high-value and complex disputes under major arbitration rules.
His experience spans the Asia Pacific with particular knowledge of China-related disputes, as well as Europe, Russia and North America. Joe is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
