He received his LLB from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. Trowers & Hamlins has added Kashif Siddiqui as a partner in the corporate department. Previously with Allen & Overy in London and the Middle East, Siddiqui specialises in cross-border M&As, disposals, joint venture transactions and restructurings. He has a particular focus on outbound investment from the Middle East and considerable experience managing complex international transactions.
