| Duane Morris & Selvam has added Justin Cai as a director in the corporate, banking and finance practice groups in its Shanghai office. Cai joins from MWE China Law Offices, McDermott Will & Emery’s alliance office in China. He focuses on M&A, joint ventures, outbound investment, project finance, real estate, private equity/venture capital, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigation, labour law, foreign exchange compliance and customs law. With more than 12 years of private practice experience in China, he has also provided numerous legal services to foreign-invested enterprises in China. Cai earned an LLM from Duke University, a Master of Law degree from Fudan University in Shanghai and an LLB from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. |
