| Clyde & Co Westlink, a joint law venture between Clyde & Co and Westlink Partnership, has appointed Yang Liu as a new partner. Prior to joining the firm, Liu was a partner at HaoLiWen Partners and has solid experience in corporate and M&A practices. In addition to general corporate work, he has advised on many projects involving inbound and outbound investments, cross-border transactions, corporate and debt restructuring, technology procurement and licensing and bidding activities. He advises clients across a diverse range of industries, including media, financial service, logistics, real estate, manufacturing, internet and IT service. Liu also has extensive experience advising on shipping, international trade and logistic matters. He has represented shipping companies and international trade companies in many contentious and non-contentious cases. |
