Akin Gump has added Naomi Moore as a partner in the financial restructuring practice and Charles Rogers as a partner in the corporate practice. Both will join the firm’s Hong Kong office from Bingham McCutchen’s Hong Kong office.

K&L Gates has strengthened its finance practice with the addition of Tom Lennox as a partner in Sydney. Lennox joins from Squire Patton Boggs. A leading structured finance practitioner, Lennox has more than 30 years of experience advising clients in the aviation, shipping, real estate and other sectors on debt funding matters, such as acquisitions, sales, leasings, development and management, and restructurings, including leveraged, project, structured-commodity and export credit agency-backed financings. He has worked in private practice in Australia, Europe and Asia and has served as general counsel and company secretary for a global financial services business.
