Berwin Leighton Paisner has strengthened its corporate capability with the appointment of corporate partner Ken Cheung to its Singapore office. Cheung is currently a partner with Singapore-based law firm Watson, Farley and Williams where he is head of the firm’s corporate practice in Asia. He has more than 16 years experience working in Asia and specialises in corporate and commercial transactions, M&As, disposals and corporate restructuring, with a focus on the transport, energy and media sectors. He has strong regional expertise, particularly in Indonesia and Malaysia, and has led a number of high profile transactions in the renewable energy sector.
