| Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld has appointed William L Rosoff as international corporate transactions partner in charge of the firm’s Beijing office. His practice focuses on M&A, as well as general corporate, infrastructure and China-related matters.
Shook Lin & Bok has appointed Probin Dass as a partner in its litigation and dispute resolution practice with effect from 17 September 2012. He has a particular focus on shipping-related matters and years of experience in wet and dry shipping work. Dass also has varied experience in areas such as asset and project finance as well as general commercial disputes. Prior to joining the firm, he was with another leading Singapore law firm before moving on to work with a protection and indemnity association where he handled a wide range of P&I and FDD matters for the association’s members. |
