Narayanan has worked as an investment banker at Credit Suisse in London for two years and as an associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London. He has a diverse and in-depth experience in high value and market-leading cross-border M&A and Equity Capital Market transactions, having advised a number of international corporates, financial sponsors/private equity funds and bulge bracket investment banks for over 13 years. |
