Sum joins from the Hong Kong office of Eversheds and was previously with DLA Piper. With more than 15 years’ experience practicing law in Hong Kong, he specializes in litigation, arbitration and mediation in areas of maritime, international trade, insurance and reinsurance, product liability and product recall.
