| Barlow Lyde & Gilbert LLP has appointed Brinton Scott to lead the firm’s Shanghai office and drive the future development of its China practice. Joining from US law firm Fredrikson & Byron, Scott has worked in China for the past 12 years and is expected to play a key role in BLG’s growth and strategy in China. Scott brings to the firm in-depth experience in advising Fortune 500 and large private MNCs on foreign direct investment, M&As, reorganisations, joint ventures, employment, intellectual property and technology and licensing across an array of sectors. Earlier in his career he practised with Herbert Smith. |
