| Stamford Law Corporation has announced the appointment of director Ashok Kumar to strengthen and lead the firm’s growing restructuring and insolvency practice group. Joining from Allen & Gledhill LLP where he was engaged as the joint deputy head of the firm’s corporate restructuring and insolvency arm, Kumar is a specialist in this corporate area and boasts experience in many high profile insolvency and restructuring deals. Involved in numerous committees in Singapore including the Singapore Omnibus Insolvency Legislation Committee, the Insolvency Practice Committee of the Law Society of Singapore, the Expert Witness Committee of the Singapore Institute of Architects, Kumar is also the acting Chairman of the Publications Committee of the Insolvency Professionals Association of Singapore. |
