| DLA Piper today announced the appointment of Dr Andrew Wang, formerly General Counsel and General Manager of the Legal and Compliance Department of the Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ltd as partner to its Asian banking practice. His achievements at the Bank of China include building a bank-wide compliance culture and putting in place a system to effectively monitor, manage and control of the bank’s legal, compliance and reputation risk. Previously Wang spent twenty one years in private practice, including as the managing partner of what was then the fifth largest law firm in Hong Kong. |
