Hogan Lovells has added capital markets partner Biswajit Chatterjee into its corporate and finance practice in Singapore.

Biswajit ChatterjeeHe joins from Squire Patton Boggs, where he currently serves as co-chair of the firm’s India practice and heads the South East Asia corporate practice. New York and India-qualified, Chatterjee’s focus is on capital markets, M&A and private equity transactions. He has advised on some of the largest equity and debt offerings in India and South East Asia.

 

 

 

 


 

L&L Partners has welcomed back Subhash Bhutoria, who joins the intellectual property practice as partner designate.

Subhash Bhutoria

An IPR Honors graduate from the National Law University Jodhpur, he is a 2015-17 alumnus of the firm. Bhutoria is instrumental in setting up the IP and art law practice at Krida Legal, where he started private practice and has grown into a seasoned IP and art lawyer, advising close to 200 clients. His team has filed about 2,000 trademarks and around 200 oppositions. A member of the International Trademark Association and the European Community Trademark Association, Bhutoria is an empaneled neutral with the Court of Arbitration for Art, The Netherlands, Hyderabad Arbitration Centre and SAMA Arbitration, Bangalore.
