Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher has added banking and finance partner Laleh Shahabi, who joined the firm’s newly opened Abu Dhabi office. Shahabi advises on a wide range of banking and financing transactions, including project financing and refinancing, leveraged and acquisition financing, direct lending and investment grade corporate financing. She is experienced in representing corporate sponsors, governments, government-related entities and financial institutions in a wide range of financing transactions in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. She has a particular focus on the transitional energy, renewables and oil and gas sectors.
