“Dion has impressive credentials, and his joining will further broaden and deepen our corporate capabilities to meet the growing demand and opportunities in the Southeast Asia and Asia region. I am confident that Dion will be a great asset in contributing to the firm’s position as a leading international firm advising on cross border and complex corporate transactions in the region,” said Josh Cole, Asia head of corporate transactions.
For his part, Alfadya stated, “I am excited to be joining Ashurst. Digital economy is my primary sector focus, and also one of the five priority sectors at Ashurst. I look forward to working with Josh (Cole) and our Jakarta office managing partner Ipop to expand our client offering and make our mark as one of the leading players in this space.“
