Seyfarth has added partner Stefano Beghi to its international department in Hong Kong. He joins from Gianni & Origoni, where he has been a partner for almost 20 years in its Corporate/M&A department. Beghi specializes in M&A and corporate and commercial law. He has significant experience in assisting leading Italian, European and international companies, as well as family-owned businesses, with such matters. Beghi also has extensive experience in handling major transactions in the Middle East and Asia. He brings significant cross-border experience in EMEA. He is sought out by business leaders who are looking for insightful advice on their commercial strategy in international markets. In addition to his involvement in major commercial transactions, Beghi is known for being able to distil the key issues and provide pragmatic advice. Prior to joining Gianni & Origoni, Beghi worked at leading international advisory firms, including Andersen Legal (later Deloitte) and Ernst & Young.
