Joining from Ashurst Hong Kong, Lee has extensive experience in M&As, public takeovers and regulatory and compliance work for Hong Kong-listed companies. She also has an established track record advising on equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs and secondary offerings in Hong Kong for both state-owned and privately owned companies in China and overseas as issuer’s or underwriters’ counsel.
Kochhar & Co has added Sarika Raichur as a partner in its New Delhi office. She joins the corporate practice group with focus on private equity and venture capital, following a merger of her practice with the firm. Her expertise includes general corporate and commercial, private equity, venture capital, fund formation and M&A. Prior to joining the firm, Raichur was the co-founding partner of Yuti Law Partners Advocates. Her previous stint included working with Khaitan & Co and the London office of pan-European law firm Noerr where she was a key member of the India desk. She also worked as an in-house counsel with Hong Kong-based private equity firm ADM Capital.
