| Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has appointed Ruetveij Pandya as a partner in the corporate practice of the firm’s Mumbai office. He has worked extensively as transactional counsel in a law firm and as in-house counsel in the global financial services industry over the past 14 years. Pandya specializes in M&As, private equity, business structuring and financings. He also has rich experience in the international capital markets and stressed assets space. Prior to joining the firm, he was an executive director and assistant general counsel with JP Morgan, where he provided cross jurisdictional legal coverage to JP Morgan’s investment banking franchise and its global private equity and principal investments groups. |
