| Fangda Partners appointed Michael Han as a partner on 27th May 2014. He has been practicing competition law since 2005 and is one of the few dedicated competition specialists in China. Han is a prominent name in the PRC competition space and has extensive experience in merger control work, as well as contentious work relating to alleged anti-competitive behaviour. He has been the head of Freshfields’ China competition practice for the last few years and worked at the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (now Ministry of Commerce) before he moved to private practice. |
