| Andrew Watson has joined Clyde & Co’s Abu Dhabi office as a corporate and finance partner. His appointment brings the number of partners across Clyde & Co’s Middle Eastern regional offices to 15. Watson has strong telecommunications and regulatory expertise, and extensive experience working in the Middle East. Before joining Clyde & Co, he was the managing partner for Denton Wilde Sapte’s Muscat office in the Sultanate of Oman, where he practised banking and finance, and corporate law in various sectors, including oil and gas, IT/IP, commercial banking and international projects. |
