Chow is dually qualified in Singapore and New York and practiced briefly with international law firms in New York and Hong Kong. He regularly advises on corporate governance and stock exchange related matters. Chow has been involved in regional cross border jurisdictional transactions in China (including Taiwan and Hong Kong), India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. |
