| Sammy Li, formerly an executive director with global financial services firm Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong, has joined Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker as a partner in its Hong Kong office. Li’s practice focuses on capital markets as well as cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. While working in Morgan Stanley’s legal department, Li covered the bank’s Equity Capital Markets and Investment Banking divisions, and advised on numerous high profile IPOs and other equity capital markets transactions. Prior to his role with the bank, he worked in the Hong Kong office of a major international law firm. |
