| Allen & Overy has appointed Srinivas Parthasarathy to the firm’s Singapore joint venture office, Allen & Overy Shook Lin & Bok. Upon requalification as an English solicitor Parthasarathy will become a partner with Allen & Overy. He will bring a wealth of knowledge and key client contacts from his India-related work and will advise clients on the international aspects of India related deals, drawing upon 12 years experience of advising foreign and Indian clients on doing business in and outside India. Parthasarathy joins the firm from the Mumbai Office of J Sagar Associates, a leading Indian law firm, having joined in 2002. He has extensive experience in advising clients on a wide range of legal issues in many sectors, specialising in the finance and securities fields. |
