| Via its International Law Division, Azmi & Associates has appointed Suhaimi Lazim as an advisor to the firm. Having previously worked for international firms in Singapore and Australia, and having been admitted to the Singapore Bar as an advocate and solicitor, Lazim brings significant experience in banking and commercial dispute resolution to the firm, in addition to having expertise in insolvency and corporate restructuring matters. He has also advised on regulatory compliance and competition matters across various industries including banking and finance, telecommunications and media. Azmi & Associates is hopeful that Lazim’s appointment will enhance the firm’s capabilities in advising Singaporean and other Asian investors with respect to projects in Southeast Asia. |
