Lovells has announced the opening of its Hanoi office, the firm’s second in Vietnam. The firm established a presence in Ho Chi Minh City in 1994 and was one of the first foreign law firms to obtain a branch license to practice in Vietnam in 1996. The Vietnam team predominantly advise in relation to large scale M&A and infrastructure projects, as well as IP registration and enforcement.
