Our client is a top-tier global investment bank with a successful Hong Kong office. They are now looking for a capital markets lawyer to join their very highly regarded legal team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an already successful lawyer to develop their career at a premier bank.

The role will be very intellectually challenging and will include drafting and negotiating at a senior level. The work will cover the full range of Asian equity capital markets and you will need to have had exposure to similar.

You will have at least 6 years’ Asian capital markets experience, impeccable academics and a proven consistent track record from a highly regarded City/US firm or another top-tier bank.
