A leading player within the telecommunications sector, this reputable conglomerate presently seeks for a high caliber lawyer to join its team.

As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for a broad range of legal tasks and commercial / corporate projects on behalf of the company. Ensuring the company’s effective execution of its business ventures will be the essential functions for this role.
Supporting the business operations of the group that is responsible for commercial enterprises as well as providing support to this conglomerate’s global offices in all aspects of legal advisory is part of the dynamic work of the incumbent. Headed-up by a strong general counsel and supported by a team of well-experienced lawyers, this is an ideal progression for a good mid-level lawyer seeking to move in-house or for an in-house lawyer wanting to gain more commercial focus.

You must be Singapore qualified and must have good relevant commercial/corporate experience. Previous in-house experience with a reputable telecommunications or technology company will be advantageous. 4 YRS+PQE
