Our client, a Hong Kong-listed company that covers the energy business with significant operations in Singapore and China, is presently seeking a high calibre and seasoned lawyer to join its team. Reporting directly to senior members of the Board, the role will handle corporate (predominantly M&A and corporate finance transactions), commercial, compliance and company secretarial matters. Ensuring the effective execution of this major enterprise’s business ventures will be the essential function of the role. Competitive remuneration will be accorded to the successful candidate. You must be a HK qualified solicitor and knowledgeable with the Hong Kong Listing Rules and Takeover Code and have a firm grasp in handling corporate (including M&A and corporate finance), commercial and compliance activities for a Hong Kong-listed company. Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin and the ability to read and write Chinese are preferred. 8 YRS+PQE
