This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer to join an instantly recognizable global brand as regional counsel, focusing on the corporate and commercial aspects of its business.

It is a broad role with high visibility across the business, liaising with all levels from junior sales staff up to Board level Directors. The work will be varied but focus will be on the legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions as well as business-orientated decision-making. You will therefore need to combine a meticulous eye for detail with a pragmatic, commercial attitude.

You will have strong corporate legal experience and solid training and experience from a commercial law firm or reputable in-house legal team. You will ideally have at least 8 years’ PQE and have a flexible, positive attitude.
