A Hong Kong listed asset management company is looking for a in-house counsel to handle all regulatory and compliance matters. The work will include ensuring that the company's activities are conducted in compliance with the relevant regulations, performing quarterly and annual reviews and reporting, reviewing announcements and carrying out some company secretarial functions. The candidate must be Hong Kong qualified, be 5+pqe with sound listed company experience. Fluent English and Chinese language skills also required.
