Renowned Hong Kong Listed securities company has an opening for a senior corporate lawyer to join them as Assistant Director, Legal Counsel to support the business of the Group particularly in cross-border transactions in HK, PRC and the APAC Region. The candidate should have at least 7+ PQE in M&A and Private Equity work gained from major law firms or investment banking houses.
Fluent English and Chinese (including Putonghua) skills required.
