Our client, an innovative market leading US technology MNC seeks an attorney to be their sole counsel in Beijing. The role will provide legal support to the Company’s offices throughout the PRC and will focus on the negotiation of software license, reseller, consulting and other customer contracts. There will also be responsibility for the intellectual property protection program in China, managing litigation, supporting any JV projects, providing legal training to Company's employees and acting as the FCPA compliance officer in China. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years experience, gained in the PRC and US training and experience would be ideal. Fluency in English and Mandarin are essential and experience gained in a software, technology or consulting company would be beneficial.
