This is a superb opportunity for a structured finance lawyer to join one of the world’s foremost investment banks.

The work will include equity-structured notes, warrants and funds and also OTC and securitised derivatives. From day one you will be exposed to exceptionally high-quality, intellectually demanding work and a fast-paced environment. The legal team has an excellent reputation for both the quality of its work and the way in which it develops its lawyers.

You will be a bright lawyer with solid equity structured finance and equity derivatives experience from a highly regarded City firm or another top-tier bank. Candidates should ideally be fluent in Korean or Mandarin.
