Chandler MHM has hired corporate lawyer Arkrapol Pichedvanichok. He will join the firm in January 2019 as a senior partner, co-head of mergers and acquisitions. He comes to the firm with a distinguished track record at Allen & Overy, where he was a partner during his last 13 years and his most recent role was head of corporate in the Bangkok office. Pichedvanichok has special expertise in complex, cross-border joint ventures, domestic and international equity capital markets transactions, with in-depth understanding of the energy and natural resources, real estate, automotive and high-value manufacturing sectors.
